Default Airaid CAI + engine cover

Does anyone have the Airaid CAI and the premium engine cover installed? It seems that the crank case breather line is up closer to the throttle body than the stock intake, so the engine cover won't line up on this correctly. I really like the look of the engine cover so, does anyone have this working?

It also seems to compress the hose going to the crank case as well since it has to straighten out the bend a bit. Any thoughts on that?

Really? No one has even looked at putting a CAI with the engine cover (goes on the driver's side) installed?

I have it on mine.....(2013 Performance Package with the cover and Airaid) ...no issues that I have noticed....but maybe I am missing something. I am at work at the moment and dont have access to my pictures...I am not sure I understand what you are talking about

I just went out and looked at mine....The line is off center slightly...but since the cover is just made out of a foam material it just forms around it....no issues with compressed line.

I have a '12 PP car (engine cover is part of PP), and I have heard of people having to trim the cover a bit to allow the line to move closer to the throttle body. I do not have an intake on mine yet, but I see no issues with trimming the cover to fit. The cutout in the cover isn't positioned quite correctly anyway; the line on my car already rubs the cover a bit in the stock location.

OK, thanks y'all for the response. I really like the covers... they seem to complete the look of the motor.
