New Mustang but coolant leak near reservoir

I did what Derf00 suggested, by using a small worm clamp. Hasn't leaked since.

my 2012 in white did the same thing, along with develop a leak at the brakefluid reservoir.

The clamp they use isn't strong enough so they switch it to a typical flat head tighten down clamp.
