Hi all,

I'm installing an airaid CAI and having problems with step #6 on the installation instructions: where you place a grommet into the plastic intake tube and then an aluminum hose fitting goes through the grommet. The grommet I can get in okay, but the damn hose fitting is driving me up the wall. Is there some smart way to get this to go in? Am I just not pushing hard enough?

Nevermind - I wasn't pushing hard enough.

That step was also kind of hard for me too, I just wasn't pushing hard enough either... I used a screwdriver to haver more grip when pushing it

All you need to do is spit on the fitting, Then tilt it into the grommet and twist it in.
So easy a cveman could have done it

You just needed your wife standing behind you yelling "PUSH! PUSH!" Then you can scream "THIS IS ALL YOUR FAULT!" And then she'll scream back "If you'd have remembered to take your birth control pill this would never have happened."..... OOPS. Sorry. Flashback.
