I've had my '11 up to 150mph on several occasions...no problems. Altho I did upgrade my brakes after the first time I took it to 130. Brakes were the only scary thing. Stock driveshaft.

I was just curious. It's not like I drive that fast all the time, but I do like to punch it every now and then. I have the Pirelli P Zero Nero that are W rated. I've been reading some other posts on this, but they're older. Mine's a 2013. Also, I assume it has 2.73 gears stock? I looked at the window sticker and it doesn't say what gearing it has.

I had my '13 GT to 140 a few times without any drama whatsoever. I just hope it stays that way.

Look under the car at the rear axle. It should have a tag that says the ratio.

Ditto on my '07 GT. I used to run KY to Chicago about every 2 weeks for almost 2 years; a 410 mile one way; and would frequently do a brief spin up to 135-140 MPH. But I also did quite a # of steady-state 100-110 for up to an hour at a time when I picked up a good rabbit.

Thanks all. I guess I'll try to keep it slow.
