AM Modern Billet Grill

Hey all, just picked up my first mustang (2014 v6 pp) yesterday and am not really digging the grille. I was on americanmuscle's site and they have a pretty nice looking aftermarket grille. Has anyone with a 2014 installed this grille? A review on their site from an owner with a 14 said the upper honeycomb and the surround are one piece, where as on the 13 the honeycomb is held on with clips. Also, some mention that you can install the grilles without removing the bumper? Thanks for any insight.

Congrats on the purchase. I don't know much about the am grille but I have the roush billet grille which i prefer, i feel it looks more sleek and aggressive. I have a 13, so upon removal the grille was held on with clips. I removed my bumper, its the easiest way to swap the grilles over. Good luck, im sure you'll get more insight :)

I was looking at the combo last night and decided against it. Look at the user submitted photo, some look bent. Plus with that grill you have to reuse the chrome surround. Add to the fact that that is the easily most broken part when removing the oem grill. Go with the roushe grille it looks waaaaay better.

the roushe def probably has a better fit and finish, but the $169 price tag for both the upper and lower grille make the am very attractive. then the $200 saved can get me the roushe ft lip and my front end will be done.

jaybe, love the white color. have any other pics?

I have a roush upper grille and billet lower. I just couldn't spend extra $200 for roush lower grille.
I am happy with the look. Sorry for crappy photos

AM Billet Grill

I installed the AM grill. Very pleased with the outcome. The fins did need to be tweaked to straighten them out, but it's aluminum, so not hard to do. My review is the first one listed on AM's website. Just couldn't justify the price of Roush grill.
