What I have noticed on my CAM-C/TTB car is that there is a pretty substantial difference in acceleration between my street wheels and tires to the race package. For reference, my street wheels are a set of OEM brembo wheels with a 285-35 on them, and the race wheels are an 18x10.5 with four BFG Rival S in 315/30. Between the 18 lbs lost per corner, and the much lower diameter, the car accelerates much better.

I would not use 0-60 youtube videos to gauge if the car is running ****ty. The YouTube video car is not running side by side as yours on the same day with the same weather and road conditions at the same elevation (from sea level, higher means less air density meaning slower times). They can be cool to watch but I wouldn't use those to determine if your car is not quick enough.
