Won't start nothing happens

My 2012 V6 intermittently won't start. Not the battery or battery connections. I turn the key and lights come on buzzing noise I think is fuel injectors priming, and then nothing. Sometimes it takes 5-10 tries. Sometimes it just starts after a second or two. I read where it may be a bad starter motor, which I replaced myself. It worked for a few weeks consistently and now doing it again. I also read it may be the starter relay but I have to research what it looks like and where it is. As you can see I am resisting taking it to the dealer, I don't want to get taken and some things I like to try myself. If relay is cheap enough I may try it myself or else I am finally willing to go to the dealer. Any comments or insight? I saw a youtube video with a 2012 V6 that does exactly what mine does , that was where i saw the explanation of starter relay.

Just in case anyone is interested or has a similar problem. I believe it is a faulty relay in the fuse box in engine compartment. I actually switched the relay next to it, the heater/ventilation fan relay, which is the same part #. The car starts and the fan doesn't now, so I believe it was the relay. I am picking on up today so hopefully this is the issue.

Put a new relay in and so far this has solved the problem. Two days and multiple starts, I hope this is the end of it. I guess no one else has had this issue?
