BBK short tube headers

Hi all! Just wanted to know if anyone here has them, how they like them, and how the installation went! I know most like L/T, but I think shorties are what I want. Mostly around town driving. Paired with my magnaflow street axle backs,CAI,BBK throttle body and 93 race tune, I’m hoping for a little deeper tone and may a little more low end torque, and or power. would like to do them myself and save the $400 I was quoted. Are they really that much of a pain in the a$$ to do? All replies welcome! Thank you all!!

did you use the gaskets and studs from BBK? I heard they aren't good.

Used the stock studs that were on the car, and used ford gaskets for pease of mind! No probs.

Low as in from a stop then accelerating to city or highway speed? My 2014 is an every day drive.

yup! Nothin spectacular, but you will notice a differance.... but also have 3.73 gears!

The Shorties give you more HP and Torque in the Power band that you use on the street. Stock 2012 V6 manual trans was having trouble keeping up going through the mountains and after he put the Shorties on it was even so there is a difference.
