my dad as a 95 clubwagon with a 351W would it be worth taking it and building it up to drop in my 84 its got close to 200k on it. he is junking the van cause the trans is shot and it needs new alt smog brake system and power steering and he is exactly mr. money bags so would it be worth takin?

yeah i know i did but i figure if i have it in two forums ill get more out of it i wanted it in here to see what the 5.0 guys would say not in the 351 forum
