I'm sure someone's asked at some point, so forgive me if this is a repeat post, but on to business..
351W into a SN95 Edge stang. Can it be done, and how?

It can but, it isn't cheap or easy. Its a major undertaking to do it right and keep it EFI.

you want to use an 87-93 wiring harness and computer
hardest part is getting an 87-93 computer to work with the SN-95 electrical.
probably take some custom mounts.

With the New Edge(99-up) cars you can't adapt the fox computer. That is only possible is you have a 94-95 car or usea 94-95 Harness which also requires alot of rewiring. You can modify the stock 99-up harness but, you have to use a OBD II computer that is hard to get. It would alos remain emissions legal as long as it was a 99 car. The 2000-up cars won't pass with a pushrod motor.
