C4 or AOD auto
 

should i use a C4 with a shift kit. Or the AOD with a shift kit. Street/Strip car. Mostly street though.

well are you concerned more about power or fuek economy.

get the AOD if you want better fuel economy. but in a carbed car it wont be a great difference over the c4

if i did use an aod, i would use 456 gears with a mild converter
if i used a c-4 355s with a mild converter
the aod with 456s will be a closegear match to the c4 with 355s

i would use a c4 with 355s, but thats just me.
but the c4 would be faster i think. and hold up better.

yeah. thanks, Arrid extra dry?? lol...thats what i was wondering. i wasnt sure if the aod would hold up to my heavy foot. if the c4 is tougher i'll use it. ive got both the c4 and aod but i wasnt sure which one to use. i know mileage is gonna be an issue for the summer gas prices, but my mustang is gonna be a weekend warrior mostly,if i can ever get it put together that is.
