As compared to what? What are your goals? If you were just wanting 11s N/A and 10s on the bottle, I'd go with a nice streetable 347. If you want 10s N/A or have a pig heavy car, then go with the Windsor stroker.

To answer the original question you can run a streetable 408 (streetable having many interpretations) no power adder etc. Rare is it that I have seen anyone leave them alone but I am wondering if you want a grocery getter, why bother?
