Default is doing a 408 stroker worth it

Is doing the 408 stroaker worth doing if i want a fast mustang but want to keep i fairly streetable and want to keep it on motor no superchargers and nitrous on the track

As compared to what? What are your goals? If you were just wanting 11s N/A and 10s on the bottle, I'd go with a nice streetable 347. If you want 10s N/A or have a pig heavy car, then go with the Windsor stroker.

i want a car running 10s on motor and maybe 9s on spray but what do you mean by pig heavy how much heveier is the 408 then the 347

100#'s ish if im not mistaken. there's a few people that can chime in that have a better idea but i think the 351 is only bout 100#'s more

To answer the original question you can run a streetable 408 (streetable having many interpretations) no power adder etc. Rare is it that I have seen anyone leave them alone but I am wondering if you want a grocery getter, why bother?
