Strongest 351W Block

RE: Strongest 351W Block
To answer all the above questions towards myself.
A. I am very experienced with the FRRP blocks and have been running them a long time with no problems. Strictly 4blt main blocks but with no problems below 1000hp. I know few who have been lucky above that.
B. The guy I am referring to is doing it with stage III "R" heads, not out of the box, and right now it is still theory about his standing in the fastest N/A "R" headed car, but he is close 9.33 ina street legal fox body.
C. I have not ran a retro block myself, it is just not something I cared to endeavour, like one of the guys above stated, I was building 408's when you needed Chevy rods to do it, so I remember when parts were not plentiful for nasty Windsor applications, for that matter even 302 fuelies, parts were just starting to come out. I stayed with what I felt comfortable with FRRP 4blt main blocks. I have never needed a DART or World Product block, and do not forsee it in the near future.
If you want to shoot the breeze just P/M me, I am a freindly guy for the most part, and have been in the game a while.
Peace!

RE: Strongest 351W Block
Oh and to answer the gentleman about the Siamese Bore block, yes I have built on that exact block. What I like about it is the ability to get more re-builds out of it. You will get a small difference in water temp because of the missing water jackets, but that is still somewhat nullified or un-noticeable. Basically you get a great block that you can build I would say no more than about 1200 HP Max, at almost half the cost of a DART or Man-O-War, plus I am kind of a Ford products purist where at all possible.
