This winter im going all out. My first intentions were just to do a heads/cam swap but im going to through an S/C on top of that.
I was thinking for heads because i dont wanna gut my internals id do Twisted Wedge 195cc heads but i dont have a good preference for a cam.

Also for the S/C i was thinking something along these lines:

You will not be happy at all with 195's on a S/C Windsor application.

You will want something above 200cc's 225+ should be you aim.
Cam is important in this type of application, so you might want to investigate a custom grind.
Barry Grant in my opinion makes amongst the best blow through carb on the market, a carb designed for the blow-through application would be good insurance against cylinder leaning, so you might want to look into that also before you by a package deal.

Look into component shopping and peicing it all together first, that package looks like a decent deal, but in that application the carb is everything, so you may want to buy a higher end carb. But it is up to you.

TW's are fine with right cam

Forget that s/c, you can get a turbo kit for a just a little more
or fab your own for same and make more power

watch out when trying to mount s/c from a 302 on to a 351 in a Foxbody
they dont always like to fit properly and clear the hood
Can be done but usually requires custom or modified mounting bracket
