you decide what you want to do, then we can help you. personally i would stick with efi if the car already is efi. And I dont see what carb and year of the block have in common

pre 75 blocks have bigger walls in the bottom end, everything after is thinner so Ford could save a few bucks..

i think he thinks that you need to run a carb on a pre 75 block, becuase that is what they ran back then..........but it doesnt matter what year block it is, you can run carb or efi on it, it is all a personal preferance, and i would go efi on a pre 75 block (stronger)

no no.If i go carb, im just going to get an already carbed engine, one before 1975
if i go efi, it will be a 90s block because alot of hassle is already done

I dont think you understand, the block arent any different as far as carb and efi goes. Now when you say you are going for a N/A setup, that sounds like you are going to be spending some money on performance parts, so I dont see why you would just throw a stock 75 or newer 351w longblock in your car. Buy you self a bare 75 or older block for strength and build it to your likings. High compression for N/A......Tell us what you goal is for your engine and what car you are putting it in, so we can help you out a little better
