It wasnt the warping that i heard is the problem. This dude told me its cuz the cast iron block expands and contracts different amouts at different rates, and causes leakage and stuff.

Both Iron and Aluminum have their different advantages. Most aftermarket heads are made out of aluminum for their faster rate of heat dissipation and they arelightweight. CHS makes a 190cc Iron head, if you are worried, check them out. But rest assured thatthousands and thousands of people run aluminum heads without any problems.

i see AFR also offeres 225cc heads. will you gain any thing with that over a 205cc head? yes its a broad question considering everything. but an N/A motor looking for good power. will 225 be overkill??
