gt40LX

i have a 70 351w engine. Im going to tear it apart and do 40 over with eagle i beams and speed pro pistons with cut valve reliefs, and keep the stock crank.but also do a girdle down low and 7qt swap pan. My question is I could either use the stock heads and port them out with new valve job and springs or i have a set of gt40 heads with trickflow springs, shaved down and new valves. Anybody built a 351w with gt40 heads?
