Default C4 needed for a 351w

i'm getting pretty desprite for a new tranny fro a 351w i have i have a 92 351w with a c6 attached to it in my truck (F250) if u wanna know i wanna reuild the whole thing but right now i need a c4 that will work well with my baby anyone know where i can get one. i've been lookin around me and there isn't any to be found..... so it seems. if anyone can help it is appreciated thanx in advanced eventually i want to get 600 hp out of it at the rear wheels it already has the 410 reaer end in it so my work is habout a 1/3 of the way done lol

Get one of those Redneck racing C-4's from ebay, they have great reviews in a thread on Hardcore5.0 and there only like $1200 with a reverse manual valve body, and transbrake, and a converter. Its a great deal, and you cant buy a stock one locally for that price.

i think if you can find a c-6 with the right housing for a small block take it over a c-4 any day of the week.

yeah and loose about 15~20 more HP, unless you have a fully built and rollerized C-6 then you will hate it. a C-4 can be made to hold more power than one would expect, and they are cheaper to build and maintain.

I just rebuilt a C-4......All new clutches and steels, all new kevlar lined bands, new rollerized foward drumm, new foward pinion and housing, rebuilt roller clutch, full reverse manual valve body, new output shaft, all new seals...inner and outer piston seals everything new. make me an offer.

I have a redneck C4, Fully built. The loaded model (Built for 800 hp)

Anyways it looks very good! No runs as of yet, But I will let you know this summer!

Summit has a couple of different c4's you can get. TCI sells theres for under 700 for daily drivers but I would go for a PA Performance if I was getting one from summit.
