393 or 408

i got a 351w block that needs to be bored more than .060 over so stroker time. what should i use? and why?

lol that's why im stroking it, my friend has a 331 ci and i saw the incredible power gain after he got it done with his h/c/i before and after, im asking which would be better 393 or 408

The first thing you need to do ishave the block sonic checkedto see if there will be enough cylinder wall left after is bored.
