Stock Fuel Pump with a Carb

Stock Fuel Pump with a Carb
Has anyone ever used a stock fuel pump with a carb. I have a Holley regulator with a return line and the stock pressure was only 30psi. How big of a deal is it to use the stock pump and lines from the tank for a carb application. Also if it is possible is there a way to step up the stock hardlines to the rubber lines to the carb?

Earls has connectors that connect to your stock lines and from there you need braided line (earls)
Jrgs has them here are the link

i used -6an for both return and pressure side
part # 799-640870 return side
799-640880 pressure side

Not to nit-pick but 799-640880 says it is a -8an? It makes sense for a pressure side to be a little bigger Did you attach to the end of the hose's that come off the hard lines in the fender or the hardlines themselves? then run the braid up to the regulator?
