400rwhp from a Windsor is daily driver type of stuff. That's far from an aggressive build. First, there is no way I'd rebuild to 357". After turning the stock crank, reconditioning the rods, buying pistons/rings/bearings/rod bolts you would have been better off to just buy a 408 kit. Even at 357", 400rwhp isn't anything near radical.
And don't bring up that Engine Master's crap. None of those are built to actually be placed in a car.

i can look in a magazine all day and see this and that - but I have no idea what to buy. are you telling me that they have created an engine magazine of motors built just to be placed on a dyno to produce numbers??
i really want to put one together but now that you have said that - i will likely purchase a crate stroker motor...

if your thinkin of buying a crate motor i highly suggest you go to this site fordstrokers.com and then look around/or email or call jim aka woodsy on here and talk to him and between him and jay all en over at camshaftinnovations.com they can put together a wicked motor for about the same but make the power u want and where u want as to how u want it to drive street,track,or daily driver with some *****
