Default Rear suspention setup opinions

Car is an 89 notch w/408 motor. I finally have the money to stuff an 8.8 up under the car. I am going with moser setup full spool, 33 spline axels c-clip eliminators, with 4.10 gears.

Now for my suspention,
Granatelli adjustable upper control arms
Megabite lower control arms
shocks are the MMR coilover setup with lakewood 50/50 shocks and QA1 10-150 springs. Torque boxes have been strengthened.
I am running Weld prostars on the back with MT ET Streets 26x10.5 on a 15" wheel.

The opinion I am most interested in is what spring I should run in the rear. Right now I have a set of 4 cyl springs in there that came with the car. Should I be looking for a spring with a 150lb spring rate to match my coilovers or stiffer or lighter? I asked this same question to the guys at MMR but I want to know what others think.

Thanks guys,
Bill

I have 3 way adjustable comp engineering shocks on the rear set at 50/50. I have run both 4 cylinder rear sprins and V8 rear springs. There are UPR adjustable uppers and lowers with sperical bushings along with a rear anti roll bar. With the pinion angle set right and the anti roll bar set correctly I have pulled 1.5 60 foot times with mt street car.

4cyl springs in the front to transfer the weight and stiff springs in the rear so the power goes to the ground and no squatting..
