oh yea...351 in sn94-95...umm what adder said ^^^above is the bare minimum conversion to make it work considering the 351motor you are buying is complete.

so if get a complete motot all i would have to do is change upper intake and oil pan and it would just drop in, is that right?

you need a different pick up too. here...read this. basically walks you through it and part #'s it comes off the VRI stang sight.

whoa whoa whoa.... dont go directly by that guide... the SN brackets are different than the fox ones, and do NOT need to be changed
