i'm currently running a set of 1 5/8 BBK ceramic longtubes on my 5.0. My question is will they work on the windsors big bro? And i'll probably be using some sort of factory head w/ some minor port work

no, they will not fit. the 351w's exhaust ports are approximately 3/4" higher, and further outward. so once you lined them up, the collectors would be touching the floorpan. and your midpipe would not fit because the headers would be sitting 1-1/2 wider than on the 302.
