There aren't any places to dyno my car at in my area and well.. the 1/8th track is rough and thats putting it lightly. Someone want to take a crack at what kind of power I am making? I'm trying to get 350ish at the motor.

It may be a bit short on HP but gear it tall because it's will make some really nice low end torque. The only problem I see you having is the compression is a little high for an Iron headed 351 with such a small cam that won't bleed of the compression. The carb is a bit small as well.

I have 3.73's in the booty of the T-Bird. I'm trying to keep a balance between comfortable for street and grunty. I had a 750 holley on it for a while but it felt like too much carb for the motor so I dropped down to a 600 holley. I figure with some jetting and a bit of tweaking it should be able to keep up with demand. I went with the crane cam z cam as it was stated to have big cam characteristics while mainting smaller cam streetability. I didn't want to over cam the car, and the selections out there aren't spectacular as I'd either be pushing way too big or way too small, this one was a compromise.

I've come to the realization that without better heads I'm pretty much stuck. I'm trying to stay competitive with cars that are similar to mine such as the newer Grand Prix, Monte Carlo, G8, Charger R/T, LS1 GTO etc.. but seems I'm falling short of that pack haha.

Not sure about HP but I bet that you are close to 400 in TQ. I would say that a 700 cfm carb would be the next upgrade.

Before my H/C/I my windsor with those same mods was 235whp and 315torque. Probably around 285 engine at the time. Now with just heads/cam/intake I make 350 at the wheels

garbage cam, heads are too small and iron heads with 10.7 = disaster. you need at least a 750 carb and that manifold is going to choke it at higher rpms.
take a step back and think where you want to be and start building accordingly. there's no point to spending money to build an engine you're not going to be happy with. do it once, do it right.

The setup in my signature made 315 horse and 356 Ft Lbs 9:1 Comp on a Land & Sea Dyno.
I figure you're good for 260(+/-)HP and 300+Ft Lbs
