Last ok on Parts
I got a 351w bored and stroked to a 408. I have all forged internals, internally balanced crank, H beam rods, Mahle pistons with 5cc valve reliefs, victor jr intake, plus a 100 hp shot of nos.
my question is AFR 205cc intake runner heads or AFR 225cc intake runner heads the best choice? http://www.summitracing.com/parts/AFR-1456/
http://www.airflowresearch.com/index.php?cPath=21_104 Part #1458
how does this cam look for it http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CCA-CL35-426-8/
This will be mostly street but i will use it for racing. budget is not a major concern. It will be N/A except for the shot of nos

if you are already looking at $400+ for your cam... send an E-mail over to jay at camshaftinnovations.com and talk to him. he can probably set you up with a full h/c/i for a good price.. and you will get exactly what you want out of the car b/c he'll custom grind you a bumpstick

What are you gonna do about the lifters being held down in the block or is it a roller block?
I wouldn`t buy a cam lifter packages unless it is a roller block even then you can get a camshaft and lifters seperate for less! most of the comp cams are between 249 and 359 by themselves then about 100 for some lifters, just depends on camshaft and brand of lifters!
Camshaft should be fine! you can buy that one or you can get a custom like metioned above
but most cam companies didnt get there status from making junk or they wouldn`t be in business anymore! Since most places have somone who cuts there cams for them and they put there names on them anyway!
You can go to most of there websites and see some interesting tips and info on certain cams and maybe find a video of them in action!
