Hi guys. I have a 351w that im installing a comp cams camshaft thrust plate and roller bearing. I did not get any instructions with it im wondering which side the bearing faces to? Cam gear side or camshaft side? This new thrust plate had a recess cut into and a hole drill in the plate? Hope someone can chime in. Thx

Damn I even tried googling the instructions and didn't find anything. The plate should be pretty obvious to install. The roller bearing ring looks as though it should ride along the groove, so that would make it face outwards, albeit inside the thrust plate. If that makes sense
