this is from there site heres the link
http://www.tuffdawgengines.com/ford_351W_395hp.htm

If you are looking to upgrade that old, tired Ford 351 Windsor and bolt in extra horsepower this Ford 351W crate engine by Tuff Dawg Engines would be an EXCELLENT choice with 395hp @ 6000rpm and 393ft lbs of torque @ 4500rpm. This engine has a rough idle with enough cam to give it that muscle car sound but is still mild enough to be reliable for that everyday driver or restoration project. This engine works best with a 2500 stall speed converter if being used with an automatic transmission. This engine runs on leaded or unleaded premium pump fuel.

The balanced rotating assembly (typically includes crankshaft, pistons, rings, connecting rods, rod bearings, and balancer) featured in this engine:

3.500" stroke nodular iron crank
5.956" forged rods with ARP rod bolts
9.2 to 1 compression hypereutectic pistons

More special features of this engine include:

Seasoned block that has been vatted, magnafluxed for cracks, thermal cleaned and steelabrated, bored, honed and plateau honed to fit new flat top oversized pistons
Deck head gasket surface on block to ensure a good long lasting seal
New CompCams Hydraulic flat tappet cam with over .500" valve lift
Heads have 3-angle valve job
Heads have 1.940"Int/1.600"Exh valves
Both heads have been resurfaced to ensure a good long lasting seal
New Hardened exhaust seats for use with leaded or unleaded fuel
New High performance 1.440" springs set up to match cam
New Valve seals
New Valve guides
New Screw-in rocker studs with guide plates
New 1.6 roller tip rocker arms with ***** and nuts
New Oversize hypereutectic pistons and rings
New Hardened push rods for use with guide plates
New Heavy duty double row timing set
New Oil pump
New Brass expansion plugs
New Oversize main and rod bearings to fit reground 3.500" stroke crankshaft
New Edelbrock Performer dual plane aluminum intake manifold
All parts are painted separately before assembly for that show quality look

This engine comes completely assembled with oil pan, timing cover, harmonic balancer, valve covers, and Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold.

pass on it!! small heads, small cam and at that a flat tappet cam, with the removal of zddp in oils, flat tappets are not lasting long unless additive is used, that 351 won't deliver much more than a moderate built 302

I'm trading him 4 pony wheels, 4 10 hole wheels both have tires on them but no tread which he knows and my 8.8 which needs a new carrier which he also knows plus $400 cash so you saying it isn't worth that? I don't wanna waste any money... And no one answered my question will those head work with my gt40 intake?

if you're putting the heads on a 302 you'll need spacers as they are 1/2 head bolt holes if you plan to use on a 351 they will work as long as your gt-40 intake is for a 351

I don't know I believe the gt40 is for 302 but I thought 351 & 302 were inter changeable parts?

A lot of parts are interchangeable, but unfortunately the lower intake is not one of them. The 351w is physically wider than the 302, so your GT-40 lower manifold won't work. You can, however, use a 302 upper with a 351w lower. I would try to go to a junkyard and pull a 351w lower from an f150/e150 if you can, save ya some change over aftermarket units
