Default Edelbrock or Offenhauser?

Hey Guys!

I have a choice between two different intakes. An Offenhauser dual port square bore single plane, or an Edelbrock Performer, square bore, Dual plane. Which is better? It's going to be mainly street, nothing special just yet, just swapping a cam and intake in a stock windsor. Also, I know it says that 302 headers can't really be used on a windsor in a fox, but i have a set of long tubes, probably from a 302 (i know it's a small block, but 302 or 351 is unknown) that are brand new. I was wondering, if they are from a 302, is there any way to get them to fit without basically rebuilding them? Thanks guys, I appreciate your help!

the Performer is a common street intake, not as many people run the Offy, for geek status I would go for the Offy. As for the headers, the reason why they don't fit is that the 351 is both taller and wider than a 302, and the headers will either hit something or hit the floor...

also perfomer don't really make a diffrence at all if you have other stuff done to the motor or are planing on it i wouldn't use it i would at least get a perfomer rpm, or an air gap, i'm running a torker 2 witha 1inch spacer

I've heard great things about the Air Gap manifold... are you camming it? etc.

well, the reason i'm choosing between the two is because i can get either for a killer price, damn near giving them away. And yes, I'm gonna throw a better cam in it, just not usre exactly what to go with. Any Ideas? It's just a 1980 Lincoln 351, and it's probbly going to have a 650 Holley on it. thanks again guys!
