Adjusting Auto Shifting?

Adjusting Auto Shifting?
I know, I know. I have a new toy and am asking a lot of questions. Bear with me, please.
Any of you with the X-Cal 2, have you gone in and tried adjusting your shifting? I'm currently running the 87 tune and went in and checked where it was set, 0% for all shifts. I noticed you could increase by as much as 25%. I'm interested in making the shifts a bit "snappier". Is this the only parameter that needs to be changed or do you change the miles per hour settings also?
Thanks in advance for your input.

RE: Adjusting Auto Shifting?
On my track tune, I have added 25% to my shift pressure. As for adding a MPH or removing a MPH from the shift schedule, I've only done it for the track. I think I added +2 to my 1-2, -3 on my 2-3 and -2 on my 3-4. I need to go verify, and the changes are usually dependant on your trap RPM at the track.
For daily driver, I would be careful. I jacked my shift pressure up to 20% by mistake (monday after a track visit) and in down town DC traffic, the car was jumping forward on shifts. Had to be very careful.

RE: Adjusting Auto Shifting?
I usually have 20%-25% on the first two shifts and 5% less on the last two. 25% is a little much on the 91 tunes. I have experimented with adjusting shift changes up in MPH. If your mods are for midrange this may be a great thing but for stock it's not that useful.
