Need opinions/suggestions for exhaust
My dad has an '06 verte V6. Him and his wife are trying to find a good cat-back dual exhaust system, but we need some help. We looked on www.v6mustangstuff.com for some, and we came across this one. Can anyone give any advice? Thanks in advance.

I had that kit on my car, sounded good. When I had stock gearing the drone was not too bad. There are sound clips of this setup on my car.
Other options you have is:
-GT driver side pipe
-GT H pipe
-Mufflers of your choice
And for kits:
-JBA Y pipe duals
-JBA H pipe duals
-MAC duals
I dyno'd the difference between Y and X pipe and it was 2HP, which is arguable on a dyno. So go with what sounds good. Check out the exhaust sound clip library. What kind of sound do you like? The loudest I have heard are dual MRT's. The deepest I have heard are dual flow masters, which are what I am running now. But it all depends on you. This is my opinion, and to everyone, sound is subjective.

ya the best thing you can do is do you research
you have to listen to all the clips and search for the best prices
doin this chanded my mind form h pipe duals to a single mrt
you gotta find what you like the sound of
