Default MRT Axleback Exhaust

I was calling around for some quotes and one guy said they would have to cut it in half because it would be too hard to get the tail pipe in. Anyone know anything abou that? I didn't think it had to be cut.

No very easy. Just remove the stock muffler and bolt in the MRT muffler. 35 min job start to finish.

don't pay someone to do this. If you have a socket wrench you can do it.

several ppl, including myself, had a problem of the midpipe clanking into the rear axle though after switching to the MRT. The MRT only has 2 mounting points, while the stock muffler has 3. To solve this, I unbolted the midpipe from the Y pipe, rotated the midpipe until there was clearance everywhere and tightened it back up. You'd probably need to jack the car up for this, but if you don't have the clanking problem, all you'll need is wrenches.
