Define "Best one". What do you want to do? 1/4 miles? Daily driver with kick? Street racing (stupid) ?

I think all the power adders will get you mid 13's....

If you want top HP, go turbo.

If you don't want turbo, then a procharger intercooled or Vortech intercooled with varying amounts of boost will get you mid 13's easily. The faster you go, the more the strain on your engine.

I have pretty much no lag on my setup. I'm at like 230rwtq by 2500 rpm. And it just keeps pulling and pulling. Any of the power adders can do mid-13's.

If you can afford it ....go PH Turbo......

I have a vortech and I am running 9 PSI haven't found rice to keep up...... but if HP is what you seek....go Turbo (this things are not what they used to be ...as far a lag)

the only way i would get a turbo is if they came out with a twin turbo kit then i would go turbo but i really wouldnt wanna botha that much with a single turbo i would prefer a supercharger over a single turbo but not a twin.

well i forgot to mention i have some bolt ons like cold air intake, 93 race tune from bama, underdrive pulley, jba ceramic shorty headers and single borla exhaust. so how fast would u think i could do the 1/4 mile in now, without the power adder and then what do u think i could do it in if i had like the procharger stage II tuner kit with the 12+ psi pulley and the upgrade to d1sc. i was gonna buy it from rpmoutlet.com

Other than cost, what is your logic behind not wanting a single.
