How could the dampner keep the mufflers from hanging correctly? The passenger side GT muffler slides on just like the V6 muffler ... uses one less bracket. I bought a GT driver side mid-pipe and factory hangers for a simple plug and play install when I bring it down to the muffler shop. Are you using factory parts or letting the muffler shop fabricate the entire thing?

I had the damper cut. No problem. No rattle. No vibrate. If you have rattle or vibrate, it should be from somewhere else.

I used Pypes Performance x-pipe, mid-pipe with GT takeoff mufflers. They made bracket for the left side andcut they the hanger closes to the tip,flipped itand now they are welding them back on so it would line up right with the hole that it hangs from.
