7.5 rear fluid swap

7.5 rear fluid swap
If I were to change out the rear differential fluid, how should the fluid be drained? I wasn't able to locate the drain plug, but I did manage to find a fill plug half way up the driver's side of the differential.

Yeah there is no drain plug.
I used a suction gun and went through the fill plug and was able to remove 99% of the old fluid. The other option is to remove the cover, and reseal it with Form-A- Gasket or a Fel-Pro cork gasket.

the pump gun sounds more ideal, considering I haven't passed 30k and I don't want to spill fluid all over the floor/not have to worry about properly torquing the cover bolts. Thanks for the input though
