Default CAI w/o tune??
i know that the best way to get HP gains from a CAI is with a tune, but is there any DEFINATE bad thing that could happen with a bolt-on CAI with out a tune?

No, as long as it doesn't mess with the mass air flow sensor, ur fine. I have one and have been running fine. U only gain a couple/few more hp over a non-tuned cai with a tuned cai sodo don't worry if u don't have a tuned one.
