Default Superchargers....

I'm somewhat interested in getting a supercharger, not entirely sure if I will purchase one or not, but what are the differences between all of them? Which one shows the best gains and best reliability? Thanks

Default RE: Superchargers....

centrifugal seem to max around 350 - 375 unless you go crazy12psi of boost I think is close to if not past the high end
roots max around 300 - 320 maybe more for a hipo kit with boost juice 8psi I think is the high end with this setup
for ease of install go roots for raw supercharger power go centri, but if you want true insane power and torque nothing beats a turbo. at 9psi you are looking at about 370 rwhp and 400+ lb-ft of tq
all 3 are safe as long as you get it properly tuned. TUNING = SAFETY

i assume u mean 350-375 flywheel hp for the centri and 300-320 flywheel hp for the roots. so far no stock engined 4.0 has made over 300rwhp with the roots. and the highest stock engined centri is 395rwhp (15/16psi of boost, race gas)
