At 70mph I'm running about 2550rpms with the 4.10 gears. Gotta love the overdrive.
My car in high school was a 57 Chevy with 4.88 gears so at 70mph I was running 4500rpms.

with the 4.0s power band, 4.10s are a better choice even for DDing, the only people who think otherwise are those that have never DDed a car with an OD and 4.10s, 3.73s are good for turbos and personal preferance on roots blowers between the two, thats about it

im a newbie with gears. so ive read about all the entries on this question. and my question isnt about the gears. cause from what i have heard 4:10s are better for auto's, which i have. so this is why im leaning towards 4:10s. but from reading here most of u guys r asking questions about the rpms at certain speeds, and to what gears it pertains to. so i want to know whats the deal with rpms at certain speeds. r they supposed to be high or low in the street? highway? or daily driving?

Oh quick question. What's an auto V6 CAI+tuned tlok'd 4.10 gears with full dual GT takeoffs' estimated trap and 0-60? I don't feel I'll be taking my girl to the track, but I'm curious what kind of torque I'm throwing to the ground. (It's not horsepower that matters, it's torque.)

That should give you an idea what you'll run with certain mods.
EDIT: oops, forgot you were looking at 0-60 and trap times. sorry! at least you'll get the 1/4 times lol
