Yeah, I was going to ask the same question, what's the difference between the Race, Performance, and Torque tunes?

Don't really understand to OP's post, some punctuation would be helpful. Torque tunes make more power in the lower-RPM range, performance is a good all-around tune, Race is more power througout the entire RPM range. One could say the torque tune maybe gives you a little bit more jump off the line, while the race tune gives you more high-end

I got the torque and performance tunes. I only use the performance tune when running 87 octane and during long drives. Premium octane torque tune is great for daily driving.

The USB (Universal Serial Bus) connector is used when you connect from your computer directly to your tuner, to be able to download tunes. It is not needed when you load tunes to your car, it is only used when you get custom tunes from a vendor. I hope this clears up any issues you have with the USB port on your tuner.
