Common Question... FRPP Dual Exhaust?

I am wanting to get a true dual exhaust system on my 2008 v6. I am thinking on going with the FRPP kit... Does anyone have any numbers on power or mileage increases? Also your opinions on the FRPP kit... Any help is appreciated.

RE: Common Question... FRPP Dual Exhaust?

I don't think the FRPP kit is "True Dual kit "...since the pipes connect in the middle at one point. (traditional true duals would never connect)

FRPP kits are highly regarded though. (for sound quality and appearance) I just ordered one myself.

BULL****! FRPP is true duals. X-pipe or H-pipeare alwaysduals, they have 2 midpipes. H-pipes have been around for over 40 years, had them stock on my 68 R/T Charger 440. Y-pipe to Y-pipe has single midpipe, fake duals.

FRPP kit is awesome. High quality, sounds great, and is gives you the most oomph you will get out of duals which is not alot.

I would highly recommend it.

I put mine on a couple weeks ago, and it just gets better and better, its the only non-custom exhaust system I would reccomend, period.

Anyone have a link to a site with good pricing on a FRPP kit?

Also, I'm curious as to whether or not you guys would recommend getting a GT takeoff rear-end, or just sticking with cutting into the stock bumper. If you would recommend one, would someone mind posting a link to a good-priced one as well?

Sorry to use the topic to ask my own questions, but I'm curious about the FRPP Dual Exhaust kit as well, and there are already so many topics on it that I don't see the point in creating a whole new one.

Personally I would get a GT rear bumper just because it looks great, but I did cut my bumper and used the supplied flanges that came with the FRPP kit and it looked/worked great also.

FRPP kit is great, I don't think there has been any one person not completely happy with it when they purchased it.

Also... Special Forces - To free the opressed... nice avatar :)
