How much hp do you have with all the mods, would you say?

i would say about 195-200
c&l intake evolution 93 tune
flowmaster a/t single exhaust

Well judging off of JBA headers which has been dynoed at 17hp and some mufflers which usually gives around 15-20 with true duals. So anyways, I am guessing atleast at the flywheel with a full exhaust system with stock cats. I am getting 240-250 at the Flywheel anyways.

I had my car dyno tuned, with C&L intake, dual exhaust, and 75 shot of nitrous on 93 octane:
251 RWHP and 339 torque.

sorry but your not getting 17hp from JBA shorties and you don't just add the hp of each mod to arrive at the total.
Your total for both exhaust mods at best is probably 15hp. Why would you care what's at the flywheel? It's what's at the rear wheels that's important.
