Its something you wont notice on the street. Its something you can tell at the drag strip, when you launch the car and realize the car does not hit boost till about the 60ft marker. Plus a 4.6 is going to feel different than a 4.0. It's not apples to apples. STS is a fine kit though, they do good with the turbo sizing.
