Getting the power faster?
#21
Well thats good to hear that it doesn't hurt becaues I do go on small trips sometimes and I'm sure I'd run into the no 91 problem.
What type of difference is there with these things? I wish someone lived by me so I could actually get a feel of it.
Also how come the factory doesn't make the best possible tune for the car? I dont understand that...
Oh and does anyone know why my tranny's shifting so hard?

Seems we just talked about this in another thread...maybe in
https://mustangforums.com/forum/4-0l...my-father.html
But with a good 87 octane tune, you CAN see an increase in mpg economy. Higher octane tunes usually wont.
You can switch between tunes at will, but try to match the tune with the gas you have in the car for best results.
And do deal directly with a reputable tune provider instead of off of ebay; it is worth TRYING to save a few bucks over getting what you KNOW is right for your costly ride?
Yeah, a good tune makes that much difference!
