Do my cats have to be connected with an air tube in CA?
I was calling a shop today about my dual exhaust conversion and they were wondering if, because of the new emissions laws passed in CA, my cats would have to be connected with an air tube when i install the duals. I said i didn't think so, do you guys know something I don't?
