+1 on just getting the tuner along with some flexible tunes. That'd give you much more bang for the buck than either catback or a CAI with no tune. As someone else said, if you've got $50 left over buy some GT take-offs for sound.

Avoid the leaking joint Pypes.
You get what you pay for there.
Get a GT take-off muff.
GT M/T Muff FI-7849-R 4R3Z-5520-LM
And get some GT take-off front and rear sway bars.
You really need them if you dont have a rear sway bar.
Poly bushings will really crisp up the sharp turns and twisties.
PP or no PP?
