Interesting, I have had the same thing happen to me a few times in my 05 V6. I feel like I always apply the same gas and clutch combo EVERY time, but once in a while she will start bucking on me. It's pretty funny and if there is anyone in the car I usually say "She's a little frisky today".

It's either me not applying the right amount of gas/clutch or the car REALLY is excited to go out and play.
