Default will this fit on my car?

i have 2008 v6 mustang with manual tranny, no ABS

i found this at local craigslist.

FORD MUSTANG DIFFERENTIAL - $380
Ford Mustang differential fits '98-2000 very good condition, complete with calipers, rotors and disc brakes- 4.10 gears posi- Asking $380.00

somebody from FM said they are interchangeable if they have right flange.
but i don't know even what the flange is.

can ne1 tell me they will/won't fit on my car?
and if it will fit with right flange, what it should look? any pics?

I believe the flange is different (the piece that connects to the drive shaft)

Not only that, but I believe it is a four link attachment, and the S197 is a three link.
