How to disable DRLs?
Stealership time with the computerized S197.
You musta got a Canadian model.
99.9% of the US models dont have DRLs.
Those that dont have it want it and those with it dont want it.
Go fricken figure.
Trade your S197 for someone without DRLs that wants them.
Or enjoy the increased safety and live with it.

Or ground the e-brake switch wire at the SJB.

A Ford dealership can change the programming to switch the DRL feature off.

That sounds like a good idea.

If your employment necessitates being able to turn your headlights off at night (i.e. gangbanger, ridge runner) I say go for it.
Otherwise, I wouldnt waste $160 on it.
