I agree. Keep on them. Contact Ford Customer Service if you have to.
In town I drive with the OD off.
With my OD on, my AC vents will buzz at around 35 mph, but that's due to the exhaust tone.
Your issue sounds like something the dealer should and must fix. Keep on them.

is it actually vibrating or is it just some rattling sound? My car has had some little rattles here and there from day one, but I just crank up the volume and enjoy cruising to some tunes....solved the problem for me!

That is pretty crazy Ford just says "thats the way the car is". thye should have to fix it. they should sell thousands of cars that have the same problems. i think they have a term for that. TSB or something like that. Try a different Ford because that is BS

no rattling-the car is tight- Its like hitting a rumble strip on the interstate just before the toll booth

This, you shouldn't be having this problem with a new car. Granted it's a Mustang and they occasionally have rattles but that's ridiculous

my conclusion from what you guys have posted is that ford may have had a small batch of drive shafts (slightly out of balance), that shows itself in overdrive because the shift points are to high at the low speed I'm traveling. Thank You

End it there, that's all that matters, and likely the fact.

Not fixed yet?

Is it continuous or does it happen at the shift point? My wife's Expedition has been suffering from torque converter shudder lately. It happens between 45 and 50 or so when the OD kicks in. Was supposed to put in some of that shudder stop but haven't yet. Oh yeah, I've also seen bad U-Joint bearings vibrate at certain speeds especially when you let off the throttle.
