The only way I could think that you might be able to put down those numbers without FI is by switching to aftermarket heads and cams, something in the stage 3 category. Even then I'm not sure the numbers would go that high. Throwing on a CAI and adding a tune isn't going to get you anywhere near it.

So, again, what is the rated CRANK HP and average STOCK RWHP of a 4.0?

Are you being a smart ***? I've read numerous times Auto is around 170rwhp, manual 180rwhp stock they're in that neighborhood.

And the 4.0 crank HP is 210 - that figure has been reported since the S197 hit the market.

Not at all, this time. I just never paid much attention to the #'s for the 4.0 (or couldn't remember). But not to disappoint you, I will endeavor at continuing to be a smart ***. Thanks for asking. LOL!

205 with C&L CAI, magnaflows, and Bama Performance tune
i think if it wasnt in the summer and wasnt on hennesseys conservative dyno i could push 210
manual too btw
